Overview
This website is operated by Nippon Cards. By visiting 
our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree 
to the following terms and conditions.

1. General
By using our site, you confirm that you are of legal age 
in your jurisdiction and have given us consent to allow 
any of your dependents to use this site.

2. Products
All products are authentic Japanese trading cards shipped 
directly from Japan. We reserve the right to limit sales 
of our products to any person or region.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to 
change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment
We accept payment via credit card and other methods 
provided at checkout. Orders are processed upon receipt 
of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel 
any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping
All orders ship from Japan via international courier 
(primarily FedEx, occasionally UPS).
Estimated delivery times:
・USA: 3-7 business days
・Other countries: 5-14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs 
processing or other delays outside our control.

6. Duties & Taxes (DDU)
All shipments are on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's 
responsibility. Nippon Cards is not responsible for any 
customs delays or additional charges.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of trading card products, we do not 
accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

We will offer a full refund or replacement only if:
・Item arrived damaged or defective
・Wrong item was shipped
・Item was lost in transit

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of 
delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Accuracy of Information
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site 
at any time. We are not responsible for information that 
is inaccurate or incomplete.

9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose or 
in any way that could harm Nippon Cards or its users.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan.
