Refund Policy
Due to the nature of trading card products, we do not
accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
However, we will offer a full refund or replacement in
the following cases:
・Item arrived damaged or defective
・Wrong item was shipped
・Item was lost in transit
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days
of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Please note:
・We are not responsible for damage caused by customs
inspection
・Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
・Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
within 5-10 business days
