Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Japan via international courier 
(primarily FedEx, occasionally UPS depending on availability).
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

Duties & Taxes (DDU)
All shipments are made on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) 
basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT 
included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges 
are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected upon 
delivery by the carrier or customs authority.

Please check your country's import regulations before 
purchasing. Nippon Cards is not responsible for any 
customs delays or additional charges incurred.

・USA: 3-7 business days
・Other countries: 5-14 business days
